Announcements for November 1, 2026

• This week’s service is at Spring Creek at 11:30am.

• Married couples, after church is our marriage workshop! We will continue the “Sacred Marriage” video series that we started in February. Lunch will be provided (pizza, a vegan soup, and salad). Please let Kendra know if you need childcare.

• Brooke is going to start putting together the end of year slideshow. If you have any photos that you want included, please email them to baxloomis@gmail.com.

Looking Ahead:

• Nancy Benner’s Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday November 21 at 3pm. More details are posted on Band.

• Mark your calendar for the Christmas Banquet, Saturday December 19th. It will be back at the Holiday Inn this year. Tickets are $40 per person. All children, teens and campus students are free! The website sign up is live.

• Looking way ahead, there is a Women’s Retreat in State College, April 16-18, 2027. The theme is “We are — loved, connected, free”. More info about accommodations and registration can be found here: https://gpcc.breezechms.com/form/9d9c77

Bible Discussions:

• The Tuesday daytime women’s Bible discussion has started back up for the fall.

• Panera Bibletalks: Camphill meets on Tuesdays at 7pm, Hummelstown on Thursdays at 7 pm.

Prayers:

• Prayers for Josie Gleason who had hip surgery and is recovering well.

• Prayers Michelle Pratt’s/Davina’s dad and John Moore’s wife, Linda as they deal with health challenges.

• Continued prayers Dan O’Kane as he undergoes surgeries and treatment to try to restore his eyesight that was severely damaged when he was dealing with the infection in his leg.

Prayers of comfort for those who have recently lost loved ones.

• Davina and Michelle’s niece passed away this week. Prayers for comfort as they mourn the loss of their loved one.
